Graham Jung

Professional Trustee

Graham is an Accredited Trustee with the Association of Professional Pension Trustees and has over 35 years of institutional investment experience. He has worked across DB and DC schemes of all sizes, taking on roles as trustee, investment committee member, adviser, and asset manager.

Since becoming a professional trustee in 2021, Graham has worked with a variety of schemes, building on his expertise in fiduciary management, liability-driven investment, alternative assets, and governance. He is particularly experienced with larger pension schemes, where he serves as co-trustee or provides specialist input as Chair or a member of an Investment Committee. He has also supported one-off projects focused on improving investment governance and implementation.

Graham currently acts as a Sole Trustee for several mid-sized UK DB schemes, supporting long-term strategies from run-on to risk transfer. He plays an active role in reviewing fiduciary management arrangements and benchmarking investment consultants. In addition, he sits on the Investment Committee of a large open DB scheme, overseeing a diverse portfolio of traditional and alternative assets managed in-house under tight risk constraints.

Known for his calm and thoughtful approach, Graham works closely with advisers, asset managers, and co-trustees to help boards make effective and consistent decisions. Whether serving as a long-term board member or providing specialist project support, his deep investment knowledge and balanced governance perspective ensure positive outcomes for both members and sponsors.
