Living and working in France twice in my lifetime – in Paris and in Normandy respectively, which was very rewarding and helped develop my fluency in French.

Heidi Williams
Associate Consultant
Heidi brings over 25 years of experience in the pensions industry, with expertise across both third-party administration and in-house pension scheme management. She began her career at Aon as a Trainee Pensions Administrator, progressing to Pensions Team Leader further into her career, where she led a team of 10 and developed extensive technical knowledge of DB pension schemes.
Throughout her time in pensions, Heidi has worked with a wide range of organisations, primarily supporting DB arrangements. Her in-house experience includes 10 years with Siemens, where she was part of the team responsible for administering the Siemens Benefits Scheme across both DB and DC. During this time, she regularly attended Trustee meetings, providing administrative insight on discretionary member cases, and conducted one-to-one pension consultations with scheme members across multiple Siemens sites.
More recently, Heidi has played a key role in several GMP equalisation projects, helping clients navigate complex regulatory and administrative requirements.
As an Associate Consultant within the TES team, Heidi supports a range of governance and secretariat services, working across several professional trustee clients. Her responsibilities include governance support, budget management and invoicing, as well as contributing to strategic projects such as adviser fee benchmarking and pension fee analysis in relation to compensation cases.
