Kinny has over 30 years of experience in pensions administration and achieved her certificate in Pensions Administration in 2024, reflecting both her long-standing expertise and commitment to professional development.

At Pi, she is responsible for drafting minutes, preparing agendas, assembling meeting packs, and coordinating trustee meetings. She also serves as a key liaison with actuaries, auditors, lawyers, and administrators on matters such as the annual Report and Accounts and Scheme Return submissions.

Her knowledge extends to pensions dashboard readiness, data cleansing for GMP projects, and buy-in transactions, enabling her to contribute effectively across a wide range of trustee priorities.

Before joining Pi, Kinny spent over 20 years in Local Government pensions, following earlier roles at PwC and the SAUL pension scheme. Her experience spans benefit calculations, contribution and AVC reconciliations, redundancy payments, and member communications, including running LGPS workshops with HR to ensure clear engagement with members and employers.

Kinny’s combination of technical knowledge, firsthand experience, and member-focused approach makes her a trusted support for trustees and scheme stakeholders alike.
