An HR professional who is passionate about making an impact. I value a collaborative and flexible approach and believe effective and open communication helps me build strong relationships with people at all levels. I thrive in a fast paced and challenging environment, constantly aiming to align the people strategy to business goals and identifying areas of the business where I am able to add value. One of my biggest achievements to date has been the successful facilitation of the smooth transition of an independently owned business through their acquisition strategy into a wider corporate structure through effective change management.
Throughout my career, I have worked closely with senior management to develop effective HR procedures and policies to reflect business aims and that puts people development at the heart of the organisation. I see coaching and mentoring as essential to all areas of people management, with a major focus here at Pi on helping to develop career pathways that build upon the extensive experience held within the Pi team.

I take great satisfaction in seeing people develop and thrive in their careers and being part of creating a positive work experience.
Interests Outside of Work
Most of my time is spent with family and friends sharing good food and conversation. I am also always on the hunt for a good TV series to watch as a way to relax and unwind.
Top Achievement To Date
Achieving the first part of my formal teaching qualification for ballet through the Royal Academy of Dance.
