An experienced pensions professional, delivering scheme secretarial and governance services in both in-house and advisory roles as well as extensive project work for trustees and sponsors, Rob has a track record of working with schemes from 25 to 120,000 members in the UK and Ireland for household name firms in financial services, retail and hospitality.
As a pension manager for a major UK business, he was involved in adviser relationship management, change management (including corporate restructuring), and communications to impacted employees. He also supported senior management/high net worth employees in relation to pension limits (e.g. Annual Allowance, Fixed Protection etc).
As well as managing the ongoing demands of a large pension scheme, Rob was also central to the management of a number of buy-in and buyout projects throughout his time in pension management.
His qualifications include the Pensions Management Institute – Diploma in International Employee Benefits and the Diploma in Retirement Provisions.

Interests Outside of Work
Supporting a failing rugby team (England) as well as an up and down cricket team (also England). Plus wandering around garden centres with my better half.
